Extended Warranty

Artlinea Spa grants a 24-month extension of the duration of the Standard warranty, free of charge, to the private end customer.

Artlinea Spa grants a 24-month extension of the duration of the Standard warranty, free of charge, to the private end customer. To activate the Extended Warranty, which is added to the standard two-year warranty, it is sufficient to register the Artlinea jewel purchased in the relevant section of the site within thirty days from the date of purchase of the same indicated on the tax document.

Once the registration of the Artlinea jewel has been completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

The Extended Warranty can only be activated for Artlinea jewels purchased in Italy.

Unless otherwise stated, the Extended Warranty is provided by Artlinea S.r.l. under the same conditions as the Standard Warranty.

In case of technical inspection of the jewel, following the expiry of the Standard warranty and falling within the 24 months of the Extended Warranty, contact the authorized dealer or directly to Artlinea, presenting together with the jewel:

• the receipt;
• the identification card of the jewel.

Shipping costs for jewelry that benefit from the extended warranty are charged to the final buyer.
