Silver rings: please make sure that you order the right size ring. However, most of our silver rings are open underneath and can be easily enlarged or tightened, if necessary. It is enough to carefully exert slight pressure on the open parts of the ring in order to reach the desired size. Gold and jewelry rings: please please make sure that you order the right size ring. If you are unsure, you can ask us to send a ring sizer free before shipping your chosen ring.
Bracelets: on our site, the size of our bangles is indicated in centimeters. To make sure you order the correct size, just measure your wrist with a measuring tape.
Necklaces: on the site of each item, there is always a photo of the jewel worn by a mannequin in the real proportions (mannequin height 175 cm) to better understand the size.
If you are not sure which size ring to order, you can request a ring sizer which will be sent free of charge. It allows you to choose the exact size before ordering your chosen ring.
If, despite everything, the size of the ring is not correct and it is necessary to change the size after the purchase, this will be carried out once free of charge by the company if requested within 2 weeks of the date of purchase.
(Note: in the event that the ring becomes more expensive in case of enlargement, only the difference between the price of the two measures will be charged).
